Two weeks ago a Disaster Relief Missions Team from the Greenville area went to Lacombe, Louisiana about 40 miles north of New Orleans. Angie Stowe and Emily LaMee represented Mosaic on this multi-church team headed by Wayne Pressley at Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Taylors. Mosaic's former worship pastor, Andrew Pressley is on staff at First Baptist Lacombe where the team was based. They cleared debris, had a chainsaw crew, distributed water, food and clothing donated from many people in the Upstate. Mosaic is honored to partner with our brothers and sisters in Lacombe as they strive to serve in challenging circumstances. |
