We will accomplish our vision through: Prayer for workers/laborer's. Casual, creative, relevant, God-centered worship celebrations (Synergy).  Development of ministries to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Small Groups that encourage non-Christians and the unchurched to come in a non-threatening, casual style.  Unique partnerships with community services and other faith communities. Leadership development and ongoing visioning. Regular mission and ministry projects and opportunities (local & global). Regular growth point opportunities for members of the Mosaic Community. A strong commitment to technology innovation and creativity in ministry.
